A digital preview for DeeDee Beaupre Salon, by Sea Grape Labs

You built an impressive business. Imagine the digital side built the same way.

DeeDee, your clients come for you, and you decide who sits in your chair and when. This preview shows a digital side that works the same way: a beachy website that feels like Jupiter, clients who request a time instead of booking themselves, and one calm place where you say yes or offer another time.

Everything here runs in your browser with clearly labeled sample data. Nothing is live, nothing is sent, and nobody can actually book or pay.

Three guided scenarios, about a minute each.

Pick one and a small guide follows you through the pages, pointing at what to tap and showing what changes on the other side.

A

A new client asks for a visit

Website to request form to DeeDee's approval to the calendar and the client's page.

B

That time does not work

The requested time is taken. DeeDee offers a few open times, the client taps one, done. No texting back and forth.

C

Get paid and stay in sync

A client pays a deposit from their page, DeeDee sees it, and the phone calendar stays matched.

You run DeeDee Beaupre Salon. I’ll handle the digital side.

You don’t need to become a web developer, SEO expert, AI expert or software developer. You already have a business to run.
You tell me how DeeDee Beaupre Salon works. I build the technology around it.Discovery first. Decisions about what to connect or replace come after we understand your week, not before.
Easier to discover, easier to understand.Visibility means making your services and expertise clear to the people searching for them. No promises about rankings or AI recommendations, just a site that explains the work well.

Built around how you work

  • You stay in control of your chair. Nobody books themselves in.
  • Your iPhone calendar and your Square account stay exactly as they are. The site plugs into both.
  • Where something works for you today, we leave it alone.

What a real build adds

  • Private sign-in for you and for each client.
  • Requests, approvals and reminders that reach people by text or email.
  • Payments through the Square account you already have, so the money and reports stay where they are today.
  • A live connection to your iPhone calendar, and your real services, prices, photos and story.

What works in this preview, and what is simulated.

Works right now

  • Request form checks the fields, takes a photo from your phone or computer, and creates a request on DeeDee's side with the photo attached.
  • DeeDee's side checks each request against the calendar, approves with or without a deposit, offers up to three open times, messages the client, adds appointments and blocks time off.
  • Client page shows what is coming up, lets the client pick an offered time, ask to move, cancel, message, and download a calendar file.
  • Reset demo in the top bar restores the original sample data.

Simulated for the demo

  • No texts, emails or notifications are sent. Photos stay in this browser and are not uploaded anywhere.
  • Payments are pretend. The real site uses DeeDee's Square checkout; here no card is asked for and nothing is charged.
  • The iPhone calendar connection is simulated, including the button that pretends an event came from the phone.
  • The client page and DeeDee's side open without a login. Real ones use private sign-in; this demo storage is not security.
  • Clients, services, times, prices and hours are sample data, labeled as such. The about text and gallery are placeholders until DeeDee supplies her own words and photos.

What do you use to run DeeDee Beaupre Salon behind the scenes?

Optional, and not a test. This is how I learn how you work so the technology fits you, not the other way around. You are not designing software here, just describing a normal week.
